I started with this recipe: https://cooking.nytimes.com/recipes/1019681-cheesy-white-bean-tomato-bake I added onion, more garlic than called for, Italian spices, and three sliced smoked brats that I browned. Let's call it sophisticated beanie wienie. I will serve with a salad and the wife is making cookies. I hope the result is as tasty as that in my head.

Fettuccine looks perfectly cooked, sauce is smooth, nice touch with the parsley. Time to update the dishware though 😀 John
