joeD Posted July 14, 2015 Posted July 14, 2015 The clown corner says: Splendid idea! We definitely need another cookbook and someone to guide us through a satisfying culinary journey. Well worth the effort I think.
joeD Posted July 14, 2015 Posted July 14, 2015 The clown corner says: Remember when men wanted to see and feel naked women? Now we want to SEE a perfectly composed mustard green salad with foraged dandelions and FEEL the effects of a spiced ginger and coriander oak casked ale. What happened and where did we go wrong?
BilletHead Posted July 14, 2015 Posted July 14, 2015 To the clown corner Joe, What do you mean when you said we? I really hope you were speaking for yourself. I still enjoy seeing and feeling of what you say. A good meal just enhances that After many years with my bride (38) I know what it takes. BilletHead Posted July 14, 2015 Posted July 14, 2015 Jagerschnitzel , Man food! The Sunday feast. Made with Canada goose cutlets. Chanterelles in the gravy. The cooking, The finished plate and no I did not finish all that main course. Never let your wife fill your plate. As you fill up she will look over and ask what's wrong with your meal? Mitch f Posted July 14, 2015 Posted July 14, 2015 What happened and where did we go wrong? I agree Joe, but I can't really say what I want to say anymore. But Geez "Honor is a man's gift to himself" Rob Roy McGregor
rps Posted July 14, 2015 Posted July 14, 2015 Nancy and I had a stub of the lamb roast left, even after the curry of the other night. I chopped it, onion, potatoes, mushrooms and garden herbs. They all were mixed with spices and olive oil. The hash will be baked at 350 for about an hour before I finish it with eggs. Simple side salad. Life in the Ozarks is very good. BilletHead 1

MOPanfisher Posted July 14, 2015 Posted July 14, 2015 Food and women are not mutually exclusive. A nice meal, glass of wine, a few kind words and well it just gets better from there. Terrierman 1

I was writing a response and then I caught myself deciding not to wreck the thread.
