I think Mountain Home still requires the "club" pass to drink.  At least it did a few years ago.  I haven't been out to eat there in a few years.

Keep in mind this was October when the spawn was on and the parking lot at Cow was jammed with people.  Bring a lawn chair.

I used to fish the Little Red River alot when i lived in Mayflower, AR.   Lots of Browns and lots of people around Cow Shoals and swinging bridge....  But, I never had a problem with any fisherman out there....  I'd go back in a second if the White and Norfork weren't in my backyard.
