Looks nice but I don't see it replacing my Biffle Bugs and Beavers any time soon!

I agree. At this point I am pretty set in my ways as far as soft plastics are concerned. I have a handful I like and really don't stray too often unless something truly "breaks the mold" in the soft plastics world. Every now and then I will get a new plastic that looks appealing but they come out with so much of the same thing but label it as something different because it has one small (usually insignificant) change to the mold. I think the Berkley Havoc line of baits is by far the biggest ripoff of molds out there. The Little Creeper Trash Fish clone they made.....I mean come on. To be fair I believe that Berkley did work with Little Creeper and pay them some sort of compensation for blatantly copying the bait.

Jig Trailers I stick with Paca Chunks almost exclusively

Wobble Head or Jika Rig I stick with Brush Hogs or D-Bombs (beaver bait)

Ball/Fish head jigs 4-6" Kalin's Grubs

Stick Baits I stick with YUM Dingers

Swimbaits/Swimjig Trailer I have a few I like in the Zoom Swimmin' Fluke, Cane Thumper, LFT Magic Shad, Kalin's Mogambo and OA local seller Swing Oil Baits

Big Worms either Culprit or Zoom Ol Monster

Larew makes a similar bait, but with a larger body. It runs OK on a swing head. Haven't flipped it. The Lane bait might flip better if the body is the size it looks to be.

Punch baits are funny. Basically any piece o crap that gets thru the ceiling and drops in front of a fish gets whacked. Guys used to use centipedes as punch baits. The Gambler BB craw has been around how long?

A long time, and Ditto made it before they did. The old Fire Claw Craw.

$4 for 6 baits and you like the price? I would say that is pretty costly for those. I think the Menace grubs are a rip off also though.

I think it's reasonable for that type of bait. I think those Missile bait deals are about the same price.

I guess you're right. It's just annoying that the bait makers decided to start selling packs of like 5,6 or 7 when the standard was always 10. It's like selling hotdogs in 10 per pack but buns are sold in 8 packs. What the heck! Just make them 10!

Wasn't it in the movie "Father of the Bride" when he has that meltdown about pack sizes of hot dogs vs buns? Steve Martin is hilarious.

I think in this case Zoom is again copying the competition, as in, if they sell 6 in their pack, so will we.

One thing I will give Strike King credit for is they do a nice job of packaging their baits.
