dtrs5kprs Posted April 20, 2015 Posted April 20, 2015 Little late. Was tricked into staying up past my bedtime by some fellow OAF'ers. Sunday was really a repeat of Saturday. Fished the same kind of water, with very similar results. Lots of solid brown fish, and a few bonus keeper spots and largemouth. All but one on the Ned. Had the pleasure of sharing a boat with Huntest again this year. He worked me over from the back deck all morning. Believe I caught up a bit later, but not in terms of size. Dave had a beautiful 19" brownie that showed every sign of being a buck. The key is finding some gravel that is "gravel plus". Meaning it has some wood, big rock, cables, etc. Maybe a minor depth change. Little variances, not just expanses of flat gravel, at least not yet. Sac River Jim, huntest, Phil Lilley and 2 others 5

Champ188 Posted April 21, 2015 Posted April 21, 2015 Ditch the footsy PJs and man up. It was only about 10:30 when we left. I drove all the way back to Bella Vista without falling asleep. All you had to do was walk (around the boxes and bags of tackle) to your bed. fishingaddiction, Hunter53 and huntest 3
