A MDC agent telling you to "stop fishing and come here", then detaining you for 20 minutes while they run your pedigree is definately "interfering".

Who do I call to have them charged?

PRIVATE EXCLUSIVE USE

Ownership of private land does not convey any exclusive rights to the use of the adjoining public lands. Management decisions are made to maximize benefits for the general public and adjoining private landowners. The public’s right of access and use of the permit area must be maintained and preserved.

So just because you may own the DOCK does not mean you own the water and in fact the regulations say

The public’s right of access and use of the permit area must be maintained and preserved.

Looks like it's all one small section of docks. Probably something their HOA/POA came up with.

"No boating" and " no wake" is probably being directed towards the wakeboard boats- especially in PC west of the marina.

The skiers & boaters in that area of PC dont give a dam,

they will run right beside you, repeatedly.

I was catching fish around a bunch of brushpiles in front of the gravel flat "boatramp" at Old Prairie Creek Rd.

But, it has to be real early in the morning or during a rain. otherwise you will get run over
