I don't have much good to say. There was a good, but brief top water bite early, caught a few on a Yellow magic. Then it got tough. Fished until 12:30 PM for 5 more bass. Ended up with a whopping total of eight. Threw a lot of stuff, fished bushes and fished deep. It just was not happening.

Water temp went from 75 to 78 when I left. Water still stained.

But, I did get another Babler Slam.

Yep, it is a Havana. Real nice slow walk-the-dog action. Almost does a 180 on every twitch. Go too fast and it doesn't walk as well.

Its a pretty bait, but I'm going to stick with the 10 diffeent types of walk the dog baits I already have.
