Old plug Posted September 8, 2015 Posted September 8, 2015 Ahhhhhh man. The guys up at Outback cannot put the pontoons back together fast enough. I got a guy lives up the cove has a pontoon with wiggly pontoons. He is not much worried about it.

brother dave Posted September 10, 2015 Posted September 10, 2015 it should be painful when they earn their Darwin award. It has been when I've earned mine. I shop at the outdoor grocery store
Mitch f Posted September 10, 2015 Posted September 10, 2015 A buddy of mine was out on TR at night when he was 20 or so. Him and his buddy had 2 chicks with them. He was buzzing down the channel (so he thought) and suddenly felt leaves and branches hitting him in his face. He knew it was time to stop. "Honor is a man's gift to himself" Rob Roy McGregor
fishinwrench Posted September 10, 2015 Posted September 10, 2015 It blows my mind that one of the first things they do upon responding to an accident is immediately determine if Alcohol was involved. Whose benefit is that for? Like it's not bad enough that someone has almost killed themselves, the law has to see if it's possible to charge someone with a crime. I'm not sure how wasted .08% is but I'm guessing not very.
Old plug Posted September 10, 2015 Posted September 10, 2015 I do not know Wrench its been so awful many years since I did any drinking period. But here is a example. Go in one of the bars around here and drink not more than 2 glasses of beer then leave. Now if Piercy is out there stalking the place you just left he just might pull you over for some ALLEGED problem. He will give you a breath test. Because he smells alcohol on your breath. He probably can't but after all you just came out of the bar he was stalking. Since there has been such a short time between 2 glasses of beer and his stopping you. You will test .08 at least. That is what he does. that is how he got his reputation in a couple counties around here.

That's what they care about over anything else.
fishinwrench Posted September 10, 2015 Posted September 10, 2015 I think you get charged regardless. If it is less than .08 you get charged with DUI, and if it is over.08 you get DWI.
mjk86 Posted September 10, 2015 Posted September 10, 2015 Guys....its almost bow season, i bet he was just scouting.
