30 to 40 mph here..it is probably blowing the bait fish right out of the water.

I actually fished this afternoon in Bella Vista. Yeah, I'm an idiot. But I caught a few. Even the blue herons didn't want to fly in that wind.

I like to watch the weather on my radar. This big blow is shaped about like a hurricane,  I have never seen anything like that before. It about covered 4 states. The wind north of Columbia was 74 mph for awhile this evening. Most of it though was between 45 and 55 mph.

Champ ----- l seen a Blue Heron swallow a bass as big or a little larger as the one in the pictures. As I recall  Wrench was on a  service  call on the dock next to mine and he seen it to. Do you remember that wrench.

I do remember that. Remember saying there was no way he could swallow that keeper.......Then down the hatch it went !

I wanted to go kick him in the gut.

Wow, had no idea they were capable of swallowing something that big.
