Lake Taneycomo High Water Reports

Thought I'd start a topic to cover what's happening on the lake this week. 

At present, they're running 20k cfs which includes 13k by turbines plus gates. The Corp said they'd be releasing up to 50k by morning. 

Beaver is releasing gates too but I don't have cfs amounts. 

Since they starting spilling over gates its slowed the rise at both lakes slightly, barely. Both dams will have to increase flows to keep up-question is how much. 

Mum not sure if this will equal 2011... I am afraid it may surpass it. 

We are sandbagging. Our dock will be closed till the water recedes.

No thanks. After 2011, we built a wall that eliminates all but about 12 feet so we don't have a lot to do.
