Members HardHead Posted January 22, 2016 Members Posted January 22, 2016 A couple years ago I was separated from my spinnerbait box. It was full of nothing but war eagles in either white / chartreuse or black / blue. After 2+ years of searching for that box and stubbornly refusing to buy new spinnerbaits, I have decided to cave. The only current weapons I have in my arsenal are a couple of twin spin war eagles. Would love to hear anyones suggestions on must haves for my new box. Have kinda been leaning to throwing some of the spinnerbaits strike king and/or terminator offer.
Members singlespin Posted January 22, 2016 Members Posted January 22, 2016 sounds like your fisrt box was perfect
dtrs5kprs Posted January 22, 2016 Posted January 22, 2016 Nothing wrong with Strike King, war eagle, hawg caller, or Stanley. Mix of col/willow, dbl willow, some dbl col or Indiana blades for dirty water, single spins for night, maybe some white/chart painted blades for stain. Whites, some version of a gray shad/mouse, white/chart, some straight chart, and black. If you have a pet color get one. Confidence counts with blades.

fshndoug Posted January 22, 2016 Posted January 22, 2016 I make a better spinnerbait than any of those companies,cheaper to. dtrs5kprs 1
mixermarkb Posted January 22, 2016 Posted January 22, 2016 Picasso makes a great spinnerbait as well- love their painted blades on a cloudy day
Members BiteMeBaits Posted January 22, 2016 Members Posted January 22, 2016 I picked up about 15 terminators new in packages last year for $2 a piece and had good luck with them as far as durability and catching. I like using whatever I can get at Wal-nuts. That way if I need something I can always find one. I also like to make my own stuff from the barlows catalog.
