marcus Posted April 14, 2016 Author Posted April 14, 2016 what a game 1! schurtz had so many back door open net misses losses a couple teeth...elliot what more can u ask for he was the best player on the ice for game 1 that's for sure ....fabbri looked like a man on a mission not to mention steen had the balls to forecheck on the penalty kill and really forced the play and gave them less opportunity up the middle all and all looks like another blues blackhawks game to me always close...
moguy1973 Posted April 14, 2016 Posted April 14, 2016 1 down! 15 to go!!! marcus 1 -- JimIf people concentrated on the really important things in life, there'd be a shortage of fishing poles. -- Doug Larson
Ham Posted April 14, 2016 Posted April 14, 2016 Blackhawks were the better team and yet Blues find a way to win. I love it. My Pens had a good game. Johnsfolly 1 Every Saint has a past, every Sinner has a future. On Instagram @hamneedstofish
moguy1973 Posted April 14, 2016 Posted April 14, 2016 It was definitely a scary game for the Blues. They couldn't get it in the zone worth anything in the 3rd period as anytime they tried getting in they would get swarmed by the Hawks D. They need to take more shots. Shots on goal make things happen. The Tank seemed very hesitant to shoot for some reason and then they would jump all over him when he had the puck. It really makes me nervous playing these guys when it comes down to it. Toews, Kane, and Hossa are all too good of playmakers to make it a nail biter like they did. The Blues need to stay out of the box too, although a lot of those calls in the 1st period were marginal at best. -- JimIf people concentrated on the really important things in life, there'd be a shortage of fishing poles. -- Doug Larson
DADAKOTA Posted April 14, 2016 Posted April 14, 2016 Hoping they will finally be the Blues instead of B lose
