Can anyone tell him where the closest  ramp to the 3 mile mark would be??

private or public. i jsed to have a house in that area most are private or pay ramps. I am sure Wrench knows of something down there.   Coffmans beach is the only public in the area But it is located within easy driving distance of most of the north shore area
