Donna G
Blood sugar's been high, so low-carbing it recently before my next diabetes check-up gets me in trouble with the doc. I think the British eat fish for breakfast, so I'm thinking I can, too. hehe Let's fire off one of those OMG!!! threads - guess what species of fish Donna G had for breakfast this morning. And, where should I go to restock? We'll be at TR tomorrow. Thanks. I generally have a good A1C ... under 6. Just been out of whack the last few months. Getting older, I guess. My dietary changes seem to be working well, though.
