It's 4th of July weekend.  I counted 5 fireworks shows in the MO Regatta listings.  https://www.mshp.dps.missouri.gov/WP04Web/app/searchRegattaWeb?action=Search+Again

I did not see a jig listed in your list of lures, I would throw one at night, if you're going to night fish.  Wobble head with a beaver or creature might be worth dragging around after dark also.  Carolina rig will get you a few I bet, with a Trick Worm or UV Speed Craw.

I agree Quillback , I would surely like to get down and try a wobblehead and creature at nite

I do happen to have some wobbleheads and a few creature and beaver type baits.......Is green pumpkin the goto color on this lake?

Ok coming down tomorrow....Will a 12 inch purple or black worm produce any large mouth around indian point?

I guarantee it is not as bad as LOZ. Jet skis are annoying bu at least they don't send out 3' wakes to jettison you from your boat. I was out on table rock in the long creek area a few years ago on Memorial Day weekend mid day and I was in heaven, couldn't believe how "calm" it was compared to any average summer weekend on LOZ.

I have a very close friend of mine down on Indian creek where the door is open, but you couldn't pay me to go down on that lake fishing in the summer season, It's just to crazy. After Memorial weekend I tend to stay off the lake

I guess we all have different tolerance levels. I won't go out on a Saturday during peak season, but most other days are manageable, especially early and late, so long as you stay out of the tubing hot spots. I have a buddy (and he is older, which makes my complaining seem even more trivial) that helps me cope, because the biggest rollers don't bother him in the least so I try to adopt his attitude. There are lots of places to fish that are noticeably less busy. Just gotta look for those spots and roll with the punches (non stop wakes).

I'd like to thank my FUTURE sponsers: Falcon Rods, Jewel Bait Co, and Seagar

Black War Eagle Spinnerbait in 3/8 or 1/2 oz. Throw it on steep points and work it back slow. They have been catching some good ones after dark at Beaver.  Seems to be better the later it gets. I like Zoom Mag 2 worm too. Black in color. Pair it up with 3/8 to 1/2 tungsten weight with a bobber stopper and flourocarbon line. You can make plenty of noise and count every rock on the bottom.  If they don't bite that don't be afraid to use shakey heads or Ned after dark. They will find em.
