Man, those are some phenomenal options for TR!  Can't go wrong if you can get a booking.

With the guides suggested or Don House (not mentioned yet), go 20% or more. If you have to use someone else, figure 10% as the bottom end and go up based on their effort, not their result. Like servers, their hourly or rate is starvation wages. 10 percent means they did ok. Above that means they worked for it. BTW, I can't post the Reservoir Dogs scene on tipping, because of propriety concerns, but I urge all of you to Google Reservoir Dogs tipping and watch the video for fun.

This is why the two guide trips I've been on were without any tip given. Nothing like paying a guy $50/hr to fish while you're in the back.
