I'll check and get back to you. I know I work the next two weekends. I know I am unavailable the weekend of 9/24.

How do you think they would bite in Oct? Unless things don't happen like I intend, I will be out in Wyoming the 2nd through the 17th. I work the weekend of the 24th and will take my wife somewhere the weekend of the 1st (our 21st anniversary is the 30th). I owe her a trip to the Crater of Diamonds SP. If we go down that way on the 30th, maybe a side trip on the way home is possible.

Congrats on the slam!

I was wade fishing at the dam Monday until the horn went off at 2. Had a decent morning with lots of stocker bows and a brown about 15". Did you fish in the afternoon?

I got there a few minutes after 2 PM. I never heard the horn go off. The water looked brown and trashy for a few minutes and then clearer. I fished in the pool above the ramp for a little while to let the dingy water proceed downstream ahead of me. I wish I had known you were down there. I could have brought a seat and additional PFD.

The trout bite every day unless the water is blown out muddy/trashy. BUT October is an awesome time to trout fish. Cutts are in both rivers and I catch them in both. I catch a lot more Brookies in the Norfork, but I have caught 2 or 3 in the White over the years. My preference would be to "guide" you on the Norfork if water levels allow.
