i have not looked but there is a writeup somewhere with several serrinos that was part of the planning here a few years ago. I do not think it would take a very big break at all in the earthen wings of the da,n to make a disaster. As i recall they felt the break would expand far to rapidly. It was a interesting study I am going to look for it.

   Now, if the New Madrid fault ever cracks, the entire Table Rock region should be feeling that.

 

As one who has spent in the New Madrd fault area. I can gaurantee you it shakes pretty regular.

Some people 8 miles North of here said their dishes rattled, walls and doors creaked, and their pets freaked out.  

My dog, who looses his mind if a possum passes quietly through the yard, noticed nothing.

Looking at the quake are today, they all seem to be on a grid format.  Not a fault.

I didn't notice it but my niece three blocks away did. Lotsa variables -- mattress firmness, proximity to china cabinet, etc.

I felt it in Gardner. Heard from some friends from college in Nebraska and some of them even felt it up there.
