If you don't like brown water after a rain, then you need to be sure to vote for Amendment 1 which will continue the 1/10% Missouri sales tax that benefits soil and water conservation and also Missouri State Parks.  Soil erosion is the number one contributor of nutrients to our waters and this program has resulted in over 200,000 improvements that reduce soil erosion.  We need to continue the effort.
