New Years Crappie

We fished a brush pile at Beaver creek in 20 ft of water and one a little shallower down by K dock.   Ended up with 55 and only 2 keepers out of all of them. Ive never caught more shorts than keepers on upper Bull.  Fun day. Everything we caught were on small plastics, on a variety of colors

Im only talking with crappie on upper Bull, Im always telling people how big our crappie are. I usually troll for them in the winter and the bigger ones just bite the bigger baits i guess

I was.    I had 3 keeper walleye last week. Trolling flicker shads.

I knew we should have been trolling but i kept hoping those little crappie on the brush would turn into big crappie.   We were in the back of Trigger, in a red tracker
