quick question...does any have any reason NOT to buy a crestliner canadian 16 if the boat checks out and the price is ok?

In the North, they are considered the third of the main aluminum three. Lund, Alumacraft, and Crestliner.

Im from the north and I bought my alumicraft 165c  new in 03 and have never had a lick of trouble.As rps has mentioned they are  great boats and perform well. Good luck with your find

thanks everybody for the replies. i went and looked at it and talked it over with the better half, and i think its going to be a go! ill put up some pics if all goes as planned.

Might check the Pomme forum, White's Marine puts lots of them on the water up there, they appear good from what I see.
