It may ignite with a flame/spark, but maybe it won't simply combust on it's own under pressure?    I dunno.

The overhaul was a success!   Only took 2 shots to re-sight it in, then shot this 10 shot group at 30 yds.

If/when you ever have to do it, don't bother making a spring compressor.   As long as you have a boat on a trailer with a tongue jack.....you already have one.
