MOPanfisher Posted October 21, 2017 Posted October 21, 2017 Quite obviously that thing is cannabilistic, it's the only way it could get that big is by eating carp. SpoonDog, snagged in outlet 3 and BilletHead 1 2
BilletHead Posted October 21, 2017 Posted October 21, 2017 I could see myself stringing up my longbow or recurve. Slipping on my hip boots and slowly and carefully stalking across the mud flats trying to get an arrow in that beast as it was rooting in the mud with tail in the air like a great yellow orange flag waving at me. It would be either that or throwing out a bunch of chum, laying back in my carp recliner with a Milwaukie's Best in one hand and my euro high dollar fishing equipment waiting for the fish to find my bait and set the light and buzzer off on my pole alarm amongst all of the chum bait in the surrounding area. . No matter what way the fish would be taken it would be a nice feat. if that fish was any fatter it would burst with another bite. Must of been fed very well to get that large, BilletHead Johnsfolly and SpoonDog 2 "We have met the enemy and it is us", Pogo If you compete with your fellow anglers, you become their competitor, If you help them you become their friend" Lefty Kreh " Never display your knowledge, you only share it" Lefty Kreh "Eat more bass and there will be more room for walleye to grow!" BilletHead " One thing in life is for sure. If you are careful you can straddle the barbed wire fence but make one mistake and you will be hurting" BilletHead P.S. "May your fences be short or hope you have long legs" BilletHead
MOPanfisher Posted October 21, 2017 Posted October 21, 2017 Don't ya know it would have been a bear to hang onto when it started flopping in your arms. That is if it could still flop!
Ozarks Chillbilly Posted October 22, 2017 Posted October 22, 2017 Holy crap. Must've felt like bringing up a cinder block. Pictures capture the moment well haha Live count (10/19/17) : Streamers lost to Taneycomo's Giant Squid = 12

Lake Euro Aqua is in Hungary, an old gravel pit that is managed for monster carp, from my understanding they have pike to 60# and Zander a walleye cousin to 23# 3 hours ago, BilletHead said: I could see myself stringing up my longbow or recurve. Must of been fed very well to get that large, BilletHead I am sure that the fishermen toss a butt load of HNV Boilies that along with good genetics, and a pure catch and release policy allowed that fish to reach that level 2 hours ago, MOPanfisher said: Don't ya know it would have been a bear to hang onto when it started flopping in your arms.
