Official Jigfest #4 food thread

Time to start talking food and who is bringing what.

We've got 18 stayers and I am guessing 10 or so that might come over for dinner.  So if we are planning a fish fry for example, we're going to need a lot of fish.

Thursday night everyone is on there own.  Do the fish fry Friday night?  Saturday night, what should we do?  Open to suggestions.

Might be a good idea for some of us to bring lunch meat and bread for sandwiches for boat lunches. 

I'll probably bring a case or two of water and diet cokes.  As far as other cold beverages, bring your own.

1)chicken/steak fajitas

2)stir fry: rice, veggies, steak/chicken

3)smoked brisket

I cooked 150lb of pulled pork last weekend.

Might not hurt if some of the other guys bring some side dishes or other stuff.

Im willing to bring down my smoker and cook 20lb of Boston Butt for Pulled Pork!

          The BilletHead will make a batch of sauce for the BBQ meats.

I'll keep an eye out for what others are bringing and then fill in the holes as needed for side dish, drinks etxc.

 If I can get my wife to give up her fish, I'll bring enough walleye to feed 24 or more. The more hush puppies and things like that, the further the fish goes.
