Oil supply line

Is it possible to just buy the supply line without purchasing the reservoir?

It's just 1/4" ID fuel hose.   Buy it at O'Reilly's and tie strap it together.

Yes. 

There is a purge procedure.  You have to get all the air out.

The left line that got severed is dry on the inside, is that line just a vent?

No it is a crankcase air pressure line.  

Pulses of air pressurize the reservoir tank and force oil up to the engine mounted reservoir.   The one with the blue stripe is the oil line.    

No offense but it doesn't sound like you are qualified for this job.   You'll blow the powerhead if you don't do this correctly.
