he is the only one allowed to put in pontoons and give people rides.  I put my boat in a couple times and trimmed the motor up and took off the prop, and everytime some and dude would give me a hard time.   Even was told by a guy the core of engineers would give me a ticket.   Grumpy old guys just hack me off.

Corps of engineers probably not Springfield city police...maybe.

the pontoon rides are actually on the Finley River now.

MDC has gone to no wake/idle on several of the waterfowl places. park board could use that example

I’d buy a pass if I could take a full size boat and launch it. Rowing isn’t real exciting, fishing vegetation is...

I thought I might have known you. I have only seen one gar in the lake and thought you might have been the guy who caught it. I have always found it strange there are not gar  in the lake.
