Hog Wally Posted March 14, 2018 Posted March 14, 2018 I had a hour to kill before supper so I dunked the river pro in and my daughter and myself went a ways up and or down the river. 47 degree water and perfect color. 4' visibility. I literally caught fish at every likely spot. 4 over 17" including this beauty. Quillback, Smalliebigs, timinmo and 7 others 10
Hog Wally Posted March 14, 2018 Author Posted March 14, 2018 timinmo, MOFishwater, harber01 and 8 others 10 1
MOPanfisher Posted March 15, 2018 Posted March 15, 2018 That's a tough way to have to kill an hour. Nice smallies. Are the spots as active early in the year or mostly later. Hog Wally 1
Johnsfolly Posted March 15, 2018 Posted March 15, 2018 Great fish HW! Did your daughter fish and did she catch any? Hog Wally 1

I don't think there is many left within 3 miles of my house though 🙂 I haven't caught one since fall close to home. They all got ate Johnsfolly 1

No. She has a OCD issue with trash so I usually let her walk the gravel bars collecting cans bottles etc. she has really taken it to the next level. It's actually frustrating Smalliebigs, snagged in outlet 3, evilcatfish and 1 other 4

Al Agnew Posted March 15, 2018 Posted March 15, 2018 You're killing me! I had to get surgery on my eyelids last Friday, and they told me I'd be healing up pretty well by about tomorrow, but so far I can't see well enough to fish! Hog Wally 1
Flyguide7 Posted March 15, 2018 Posted March 15, 2018 I will be hitting the river hard this weekend. Hopefully get an opportunity to wrestle with some ole green bass.
