Some like to release all fish, some like to keep a few, some like to keep their limit, some like to keep as many as they can. Some like to see others do as they do... that's when you see arguments. Why can't everybody think the same way??? Because it's just not so. I don't necessarily like crappie. It's a texture thing. I like white bass, for the same reason. I probably would like a largemouth or spot, for the same reason. Firm meat. But then again, it's all in the way you cook it. I've met more people who say they HATE fish because the times they've tried it - whoever prepared it should be put in fish-cook-timeout. I've won more people over to eating fish by my microwave trout recipe. So we can agree to disagree. I know, and everyone else should too, understand keeping some fish will draw arguments... but at least on this fishing board, it will remain civil. Texture x2 No pirate hear Id just like to mention see everyone calm and enjoy them selves thats simply it Dprice priceheatingair.com

Twice now you have called this guy a liar. He told you they were not short and you had to go and do this again accusing, assuming and this is not the first time you have done it to others. Please think before you post. If you look closely at the picture the camera is taking this shot at and angle. You have even rotated the original posted photo. If you go look at the posted photo you can see the board is wider at the bottom and narrow at the top. Come on man get a life. So I leave the bass to swim another day so the population stays up and those that do tournament fish have a better chance at success. I will keep crappie and walleye if I get into a mess of them. To me there is no better eating fish. So, your take on it is bass should preserved for the tournaments? I wonder what makes tournament anglers more important than hungry anglers? but I know they are because they and they alone are allowed to relocate fish and only they are allowed to sort possessed fish. I have to by law either keep it or release unharmed and immediately: this dictates that if I believe the fish is harmed at all, I can not release it period? Or is that unclear? what if I catch a undersized fish and it is clearly hurt, I can't keep it and I can't release it? Trout sure don't like much cooking . Salt, pepper and cut lemon are all they really need.

redshad Posted May 16, 2018 Posted May 16, 2018 I think Jim was just trying to stir up some reaction. Or maybe he is trying to get our secret spots and baits info, dprice.
