Skeeter ZX190 Posted May 27, 2018 Posted May 27, 2018 Thanks for the report. Good job. When you say you fished deep water, define deep.
Members Bigfishscott Posted May 28, 2018 Members Posted May 28, 2018 Good job D and M Price!!! Church is a good place to be after a bad day like that. I’m sure you wanted the waters to part about then. Well you kinda kept your cool. If a good waking is all he got so be it. To many idiots out there theses days. With no respect at all!!! 20 or so years ago when I was fishing my favorite spook down a bank. This guy went between me and the bank. Cut my line and broke my spook into a million pieces. I chased him down and played bumper boats with him and we had a big discussion about the do’s and don’ts of boating. I’ve since apologized to the gentleman. And we still remain friends. I’m glad I’ve overcome my hostility towards dumb boaters. I’d have to buy myself 4 or 5 boats a year!!! Lol!! Stupid is what stupid does!!! No harm in wishing they all have flats on the way home!!🤣🤣 dprice, liphunter and straw hat 3

dan hufferd Posted May 28, 2018 Posted May 28, 2018 I guess we all have a story like that, welcome to the human race. God bestows His grace on us, because He knows that we will need it. Last year my wife and I were fishing near Emerald Beach Tablerock. We were east of Emerald Beach (the wide side) There is plenty of water for everyone, we were working the bank, it seemed like this one wake boat had a mission to try to swamp us, I mean like a short cast away from our boat on every pass. I was so mad ! I will put it like this...it was a good thing that I did not have a way to send a projectile in his direction. Anyway😂 God is good, we caught fish, even a nice tablerock walleye which is like a treasure for me. Maybe all those waves turned the bite on? oghfm and dprice 2
oghfm Posted May 29, 2018 Posted May 29, 2018 Bout got blowed out of the boat while crappie fishing in 26 fow on Stockton two weeks ago. They were coming by at a good clip then slowed down to about 5 mph. Created a tsunami that threw me against the console. Mighta yelled something. Then last week another two guys come by real nice and slow and waved while I was holding a flicker shad. Like a nice guy I waved back and run the treble all the way thru my finger. Me thinks if they had known how really stupid I am they would have ignored me. Safety is no accident. dan hufferd 1
