been catching a few both day and night.  did make a trip down to tucker hollow too.  fished daytime and caught some nice ones, but it took a while to figure out where the biters were.

son't know for sure what the one in the night pic weighed, but it was 25" long.  where you get i bite seems to change everyday.  have caught them on just about every type of terrain there is from flats to sheer bluffs and from enough water to cover them to 25 ft.

just have to go out without any pre-conceived idea of how to catch them and try a variety of stuff.  i will say that when you do find some, they are grouped up.

sorry, forgot to attach pics.  the one on the dreaded a-rig was caught white bass fishing, and i had it loaded with our NuTech 1/8 CrappieJigs and 3"swimmers.  wanted to see how the hooks held up using 50 lb. braid.  we were catching whites that weighed over 3 lbs..  hooks held up great with not issues of bending out.

i just gave everyone a hint of where a whole lot of the bass are.

the bass caught at night was caught on a 1/4 Pro Series Finesse in a Missouri Craw.  the trailer was a something similar to a zoom super chunk, but i used some scissors and trimed it up to look like a 800 spring lizard pup.  we caught more than a dozen keepers.  the bite was comparable to a fly sitting down on your line.  the person fishing with me never did get onto the feel of that bite.  this is why i harp on setting the hook ANYTIME your lure does something different than it should.  do not think about it or go for a feel.  jerk.  if you think about it or go for a feel, you are too late.  the bass has already expelled your lure.
