They changed it to where at the end of the spring it is no longer the Park.

The Park Ranger has wrote Tickets for casting from the river to the Wooden Bridge but let’s it slide people Fishing the river and keeping Trout with just Daily Park Permit .

If your going to enforce the Law it should be for all far as I’m concerned??

There is Signs along the river bank that mark end of Park Property it use to be middle of the river.

I asked MDC about it and they said people from the Park can fish the river but can’t keep Trout unless they have a Trout Permit.

When the Park Ranger was writing Tickets the Park was closed for Trout fishing but we was fishing for Goggle Eye casting from the river towards the Bridge.

I didn’t get one because I waited until he left.

I can see where he could cite them if they were casting into Park water or keeping illegal fish or using illegal bait, but I've never seen a regulation that prohibits casting in a general direction? Maybe they didn't have any permits.
