David Goddard Posted November 19, 2019 Posted November 19, 2019 Sunday was an absolutely beautiful day to be fishing with good overcast conditions all day and temps in the 40s. Ran around in my dads jet and found some amazing fishing. Caught 73 smallmouth, 1 meanmouth (spot-smallie hybrid), 4 spots, 3 largemouth, and somewhere around 15 goggle-eye (8 of which got taken home.) Justin threw an a-rig a bunch and it worked very well. I threw a ned rig, single swimbait, jerkbait, and finesse jig. I hate chucking that silver chandelier around, but I can't argue with results. We had 4 fish over 17" and many fish over 16" we are both still hunting that elusive 20". Our best 5 went 12.5 lbs. Fish were in wintering holes, but still pretty aggressive. Just a great day. Nothing more fun than wrecking some smallmouth with one of your best buds. Tight lines everyone. snagged in outlet 3, JestersHK, laker67 and 9 others 12
