Jdecoudres Posted March 19, 2020 Posted March 19, 2020 Curious, does anyone have luck on olive scuds? I don’t and was cleaning out fly boxes and thinking about ditching them and making room for something else as I don’t feel like I ever have success with them.
fishinwrench Posted March 19, 2020 Posted March 19, 2020 I only carry scud patterns in 041 tan, and a few in Dead Orange. One of those 2 colors always gets the job done.
Seth Posted March 19, 2020 Posted March 19, 2020 Tan and grey are about all I have ever used. Dead orange and oink get hot at times too. I’ve also never had much luck on olive scuds, but hammer them on a gold head olive micro.
Root Admin Phil Lilley Posted March 19, 2020 Root Admin Posted March 19, 2020 Scuds are gray, tan, olive and cream. When they die they turn orange. I'd keep them all.
