I'm not a Democrat, and even if I were, I don't hate all conservatives, just the cowardly ones (Cruz, Graham, McConnell) who put their party and their own hide before all else. I actually liked Reagan. George H, and grew to like George W even though they were somewhat feckless, at least they had class. I'm reading a great book on Bob Dole at the moment who I admire. George Will is another great conservative who I like.

He never was openly hostile to a reporter, or called them a "terrible person", or labeled all of the media except for one outlet "Fake News". And he surely never never mocked a disabled reporter.

I think folks would be hard pressed to change. The Democratic Party has changed so radically in the past 15 years or so and haven’t lost any support. I’ve heard folks on this forum say the Republicans have become radical too, but if you look at videos you can see that’s not the case. All former presidents saying the same thing about immigration, Marriage issues, etc. as Trump is saying now. The 2 party thing is here to stay for a long time in my opinion.
