Remote-ish Floats?

I tried a float on the Niangua a few years ago and it was packed shoulder-to-shoulder with floaters. Are there floats on the river that have much less people and mostly fishermen? I'm especially interested in smallmouth fishing.

Above Moon Valley, or below Prosperine. But the shuttling isn't very convenient.

Yes I use to shuttle but Adventures use to shuttle.

I shuttled until I had a group 5 hours late. I didn’t have a Boat so I called Water Patrol. The group got mad at me because they were drunk and high.

Float before Memorial day and after Labor day to avoid the crowds.

These people floated from Prosperine to Lead Mine.

I wasn’t happy with them from the start more people and Canoes than they said at first.

I had to get a Trailer. It was an overnight deal. Set and set over at Lead Mine. I could see couple hours late but 5.
 

They had two Canoes and three Kayaks.

I just didn’t know what else to do.

I had shuttled for the guy before no problem. He was a little late and I fished while waiting.

Do it after dark. I think the bigger fish wait til the rush hour is over.
