It’s Spectricide Weed and Grass killer. oneshot Look at the label, almost guarantee it is Glyohosate, which is the same stuff as Roundup. It is sold under a lot of brand names, Eraser is one of them, still just Basic Glyohosate usually 41%. It is a non selective herbicide, kills everything, however it does work well on grass, slightly less so on weeds unless mixed stronger and for things like locust and cedars it will kill some of it and tick off the rest. You also end up with a big dead spot around it from overspray. For brush and weeks something like Crossbow or Remedy, Clear Pasture, Grazeon, Garlon 4 etc. Is a killer. Locust, osage orange, redbud, mtuflora rose, cedar and Serecia Lespedeza it is death on. Terrierman
MOPanfisher
I am very picky anymore when I buy herbicide or insecticide on what container it is in and keep them in separate buildings. The year I mixed up some roundup and sprayed my rows if tomatoes for bugs will haunt me forever. The container looked exactly like the roundup jug, bad memories. Also sprayed some flowers for bugs with same stuff was a very bad year for plants at my house. Terrierman

His stuff is almost the opposite of Roundup and kills by physical drying rather systemic hormone replacement, he's using diquat and dicamba. And he didn't kill any deep rooted weeds or perennials. Never used any of that stuff, mostly glyohosate and some pramitol, and the various broadleaf herbicides. tjm
tjm
I always use generics, usually 2,4-D, but I use quite a bit of glyphosate too. I don't buy any others because I don't use them a great deal. Always have some that doesn't work well after wintering in the shed. I understood why you said that - there are a hundred brand names for every chemical used it seems. MOPanfisher
I usually have some glyhosate mixed up and it overwinter in a shed, it never kills squat in the spring, but mix up fresh from the big jug and all good to go again. Truly don't know the chemistry of why it detoxify in the dark she'd when mixed but it does. Trying to remember what the activentilators ingredient in the others i use are triclophyr or something close for remedy, have also used it mixed with dielse for cut stump treatment and even straight round up wiced with diesel, both worked well for that. Was to take one a day for a long time. Was to control Acid Reflux which might contribute to Throat Cancer. oneshot
