I wouldn't begin to trust an accredited engineer.  At the end they were the final call in the Hyatt Regency walkway collapse. I certainly wouldn't trust one based on videos and pictures analysis. Anything can be edited in 2001.

Because 2.3 Trillion of our tax dollars suddenly became unaccounted for when the Pentagon was hit. 

2.3 Trillion.  That's alota dough! 

Donald Rumsfeld reported it missing the day before the Pentagon accounting office was destroyed by the hit.  Amazingly there were no backup files.

No the money was reported missing and unaccounted for just BEFORE the alleged attack.   The destruction of that area of the building made it forever impossible to investigate and be made accounted for.

May I help return to the real topic?

As part of a writing exercise for my classes, I would ask them to tell a story with a point in less than 100 words. One year they told me it could not be done. I wrote the following during that class to show them it could be done.

September 2001

            On the 11^th, I was in Texas to visit my father. He was in a nursing home and could not recognize me. Still, I visited when I could. That night I laid awake and tried to digest the horror which overlaid an already bittersweet trip. As I finally fell asleep, I realized my father was lucky. He had a reason not to recognize the world.

Because of the Pentagon part, and because of the mayor mentioning their "decision to pull it" (regarding building 7), and because of the stuff all of the firemen were recorded saying after the buildings collapsed, and a few other things that just don't add up...... I'm suspect of the whole terrible ordeal.   And frankly, anyone who isn't, has a screw loose.

A dog was sitting on a railroad track when a train came along and ran over his tail.  The dog turned quickly to inspect his tail, and the train then ran over his head.    

Don't loose your head over a little piece of tail.
