Yes. They work too. The random flutter of the spoon on drop seems to be a bit better. However a Silverbuddy working down a point in the fall is killer.

On the topic of spoons, add to that the Cicada and a more recent excellent vertical jigging bait the Sebile Vibrato - they are just killer if you are top of them.  Unfortunately, they are getting hard to find.

Perfect thanks!  I don't have any jigging raps, but based on what you said, I think a jigging spoon, and trolling cranks should work for us.

                 We suck!  Fished Saturday, Sunday and Monday morning mostly in the mid lake area.  Trolling crankbaits and jigging worms.  Saturday we caught no keeper walleyes, and 2 shorts, with a handful of white bass/drum/bluegills.  Sunday we caught 1 keeper walleye, and another handful of white bass/drum/ and bluegills.  I did catch a few bass (only 1 was 15 inches) early sunday morning on a top water.  Monday we finally had some better luck around masters trolling cranks in 10-14 FOW and caught 3 keeper walleye, 2 keeper crappie and a bunch of white bass.  Saturday and Sunday were probably the slowest 2 days of fishing Ive ever had on Stockton lake, the weather was great, but man it was slow.

We’ve been down for a couple days, finally got a week of vacation this year, with poor fishing as well. Today was the worst, one 14 3/4” walleye. We’ve caught a few shorts, but little else trolling which is odd, usually catch crappie, cats, whites, bass, something. Mostly fishing from mile long bridge to OTM. Got a couple more days to turn this around.

This time of year is normally tough. First week of October is usually when it gets good.
