Terrierman Posted October 23, 2020 Posted October 23, 2020 I've canned and eaten a lot of carp. Clean rinsed chunks as tight as you can get them in a pint jar. Tablespoon of ketchup, teaspoon salt ( or less for HBP people), one bay leaf. Pressure can for 90 minutes once you get to pressure (10 PSI). Good eating for anybody that likes canned fish of any kind.
