I used to eat a lot of carp, scored and friEd or canned.  Ain't bad eatin.

I've canned and eaten a lot of carp.  Clean rinsed chunks as tight as you can get them in a pint jar.  Tablespoon of ketchup, teaspoon salt 
( or less for HBP people), one bay leaf.  Pressure can for 90 minutes once you get to pressure (10 PSI).

 Good eating for anybody that likes canned fish of any kind.

Well I have some Canned but I’m really interested in the lower cut thinking it is boneless.
