Friend of mine started doing this as a hobby and now he has turned it in to a full time business, supplying many high end restaurants and Straubs grocery stores. He can't grow the greens fast enough to keep up with the demand. Supposedly has 10-30 times the nutritional wallop of mature greens. Anyway, one of the best salads I've ever eaten. I do feel a bit better yes, not a dramatic change, but I do feel better. I think a lot of it has to do with a more Mediterranean diet though. Smoke 3 Packs a day, One Lid of SKOAL, three Pots of Coffee, Fifth of Whiskey and still found time for other Helpers to get through the day. But I still worked hard. Now since I've slowed down I have put on weight. Still eat but have cut back and try to keep busy. Started taking B Vitamin. My Doctor don't say anything on my weight, he is still trying to figure out how I'm able to walk and says everything else is Healthy. I can't have Greens for the most part. I'm not to have Coffee but I still have one pot a day. oneshot

I know I should not do that without consulting my doctor, but I just want to see the options. I know some people use peptides as an option for beginners, and I thought about that too. There is also another variant called SARM. It is possible to buy it from https://purerawz.co/ now. Some people use it and say that it helps to get muscle weight and lose body fat. And it is something I’m looking for – I need to lose fat because I’m too big now.
