Quillback Posted November 26, 2020 Posted November 26, 2020 You spend time fishing and stuff you've read can pop into your head, especially on turkey day and you're on the water. Anyway, if you're looking for something to search for, search on 'Turkey trots to water'. Fishing was slow today, I didn't tart until 0830 to give the fog a chance to burn off and finished up about 1:30 PM. Caught 8 bass, 2 keepers on the Ned rig. Ran into some fish here and there, usually in 10-20 FOW. I just can't find many fish right now, it's been tough. Threw a Wart and the jerk bait a bit, nothing there for those baits. bferg Posted November 26, 2020 Posted November 26, 2020 We were out today to Quill- fished from Eagle Rock down to Viney and just got our butts absolutely kicked. We were looking for deeper fish and just couldn’t find anything grouped up. The one decent group of fish we found wouldn’t bite anything I had in the boat. Zeroed today and only had 2 bites. Frustrating day from a fishing perspective but Thankful to be able to be out on the water. We saw water temps in the 52 range when we left- was 48 at Eagle Rock when we put in at 7:15. Bill Babler Posted November 27, 2020 Posted November 27, 2020 57 degree at Shell Knob. Caught a dozen deep fish no keeps and 2 super 3.5 lb LM on top chasing. This was Tuesday. Think if I had to do it over I would just go back in every creek and look for swirls on top and throw at them. It is super fun watching those deep fish on Livescope http://whiteriveroutfitters.com http://whiteriverlodgebb.com

I was worried about it being the urban dictionary version. But I thought, Jeff wouldn't do that.
