I' ve got a little more info since I posted since their website is pretty limited. The price includes boat with trolling motor and battery. Some john boats some bass boats.  Found a buddy who lives nearby said they grow and stock some whoppers.   Called the place, sounds pretty good. Said they have one gravel bottom pit full of smallies.  May give it a try this spring.

Buddy fished up there, before he was a friend. Moved in from MS.  Caught some great big  fish....but it just another stocked lady house. You get whatever you want.
