aarchdale@coresleep.com Posted March 14, 2021 Posted March 14, 2021 I watched a little bit of the weigh in and it looks like they caught them pretty good, lot of bags over 15. 22lbs to win. Also and 8.71 BB magicwormman, merc1997 Bo, dtrs5kprs and 1 other 4
Bill Babler Posted March 14, 2021 Posted March 14, 2021 Saw that. Buddy had right at that 15lb. number and another friend had 14Lbs. Both fished the A-rig. I think between the teams they had 20 plus keeps and 1/2 again that many shorts. Both said they just flat out got bit all day, not on every location but if you caught 1 on a point you would catch a mess. Both teams had 4.75 pounders but had to finish out with K's. Again this time of year deep trees using forward facing electronics won the derby, A-rig over the tree tops Lots of fun fishing out there right now, come and get ya some. Another friend fished the dam yesterday, just fishing and had 8, all keeps with a couple of 4 pounders on a stick bait. He didn't get out till after 11 am and was done by 3. He caught LM and Jaws with no K's. Said he thought his best 5 would have gone 16 lbs. Another friend had a similar day here at the dam on a small jig and a 2.8 keitech. Our little slice if heaven was full of boats yesterday and it is one on every point today Go if you can, the wake boats will be here soon http://whiteriveroutfitters.com http://whiteriverlodgebb.com
TRRANGER Posted March 15, 2021 Posted March 15, 2021 Top 34 boats all over 15 lbs, and # 35 at 14.98 and 3 20lb plus sacks. That's a catch fest for sure.
Champ188 Posted March 18, 2021 Posted March 18, 2021 Great to hear the old pond is kicking out sacks like this again. And lots of em. Reminds me of a Nichols Team Series weigh-in on Grand Lake.
Bill Babler Posted March 18, 2021 Posted March 18, 2021 Monday thru yesterday this lake decided to get mad. Fishing terrible from what I’m hearing all sections A little sunshine and warm temps and it will fire back up Good Luck http://whiteriveroutfitters.com http://whiteriverlodgebb.com
aarchdale@coresleep.com Posted March 18, 2021 Author Posted March 18, 2021 I fished for a couple hours around Kimberling on Tuesday and it was terrible for me. Couldnt even get bit on a Ned. Going up the James tomorrow, hoping they will eat a big blade snagged in outlet 3 1
Bill Babler Posted March 18, 2021 Posted March 18, 2021 Kind of seems like November on Lake O. They bubble that big single Colorado just under the surface in 45 to 50 degree off color water. Not a ton of bites but when you get one you know it Good Luck and let us know http://whiteriveroutfitters.com http://whiteriverlodgebb.com
