I had a place on back of my Thigh. My wife said looked like I had an infection.

Doctor put me in the Hospital to have it cut out. They said they found the culprit a little Seed Tick.

They basically had to isolate me because I had infection all through my body.

Radiation Poisoning has finally wore off this year.  Been nailed the last 2 times out at the farm by yearlings on the waist line.  Caught them pretty quick, but still left a whelp.

Something about the Radiation kept them off of me the last 3 years, kinda weird.

I've heard that before.  A mosquito repellent too supposedly.

I tested positive for RMSF 7-8 years ago.....or so they said.   Who knows really.   The "treatment" they suggested was going to cost over 900.00 a month for 4-6 months, and then they'd retest to see if further treatment was necessary.   I freaked out about it for a week or so, then blew the whole thing off.   I guess I'm lucky to be alive and still working/fishing.

There was never any "fever" associated with my symptoms, so I don't know why they call it that. 🙄

Have several friends with Lyme and it’s been hell on them. A course of doxycycline after a tick bite is a good idea.

Well hasn't me, finished Radiation couple months ago, pulled a few Ticks off me. But they know I'm sweet.

May be the fact I lost a third of my body weight with my shot to head and neck.  They had a hard time finding a meal on me.
