I was going to do up some deer burgers for Thursday night,  I'll just go ahead and double my batch and we can throw on the grill if we need some more.  Rays making a huge pot of zuppa tuscana too which we'll have for whatever day we want to warm it up on.   It's better than olive gardens lol.

I'm sure we'll get by on food... I'm more bummed about missing @LittleRedFisherman but family first always

I asked Ray about bringing his fryer too if we still want to fish fry.   Seems weird to not have a fry lol

Lets have @N9BOW bbq friday night.  I believe he is cooking it thursday so it will be fresher.

that would be good..

Yes, I am smoking the pork all day at the house on Thursday.
Mike, I and his Son Ian will be chilling on the back deck most of the morning and may hit the water later in the day depending on the progression of the Boston Butts and River generation.

Sounds good then, someone bring a couple pounds of rice and we will make it!

I can bring the rice, but I know nothing about cooking rice or what type to get - I'm assuming the dry rice in a bag?

Are you set on burger buns?  I have a frozen pack of something like 18 hot dogs, I'll bring them too.
