Tried ice jig, drop shot worm, slab spoon, kitech nada.  I took note from Dock's recent post regarding the fluke and it worked.  Fish in 40-60 fow.  wt 57.  Caught 5 in one location quickly - mouth of a bigger creek.  I did not see much bait but a loon showed up to keep me company so I guess there were some around me somewhere.  The opposite bank was loaded with bait - several hundred yards away.  Needed to have several fish together to get bit.  I tried to take a pic of the live scope showing the number of fish schooled up but they would not hold still for the camera.   Only saw 3 other boats all morning - really nice day once the sun got up.

Great pictures and report Bobby - I wondered when they would be schooling and the deep bite would be better.

I am surprised that they didn't hit the spoon....How did you rig the fluke?

fluke - standard size fluke on a cheap thin wire round head jig head with a enough lead to get it down quickly - up to 3/8 oz
