oneshot Posted December 7, 2021 Posted December 7, 2021 Had to go to the Hospital for some Blood Work. I knew they give COVID vaccine so figured I’d ask for my Flu Shot. They didn’t do them had to go to Walmart. Asked about Shingles. Takes two shots $90 a shot but I had it years ago. The one I had is 33% effective. So?????? oneshot

Terrierman Posted December 7, 2021 Posted December 7, 2021 If you get shingles you're gonna wish you had gotten vaccinated with the good stuff. I would have gladly paid $900 or $9000 per shot to not have had shingles like I had. Still have neuropathy from it. Probably always will. You can get shingles multiple times. I've now had the shingrex routine. Had to pay for mine. Spare me from that misery ever again, please. Nick Adams 1

I had a mild case about 15 years ago and I still have neuropathy, too. If I get run or really stressed, my right shoulder blade will either itch, burn, or tingle like it's asleep. Sorry to hear you had a bad case. That stuff is nasty. Terrierman 1
