fishinwrench Posted January 5, 2022 Posted January 5, 2022 I don't understand the burning the hair off thing. Is that a method of keeping the hair off the meat while skinning? Killing fleas? Or why? Dunking them in a bucket of water before skinning does a good job if getting some hair on the meat is a problem for you. I was taught not to heat any meat until you're actually ready to cook & eat it. snagged in outlet 3 1
