Parker Bottoms 12/16

A little late posting this. Caught my personal best brown at Parker Bottoms on spinning gear, tossing jerk baits. On this particular night, COE went off schedule and kicked water back on from 5pm-8pm. Just before calling it quits, they shut the water off which kept me around and not much later I landed this.

Found lots of great info on this forum and thanks to Devan S. for sharing some knowledge and tactics.
