Custom Boat Covers

Does anyone have suggestions where I should get a cover made?

Phil my boat cover is 23 years old It was made by a guy called the Master Stitcher in Lees Summit Mo. He has also worked on my drift boat cover after I had some problems with it that he able to fix even though he didn't make it.

Aurora Canvass in Battlefield is the best place I have ever used.  Dell isn’t cheap but he is good.

As @Dutch says Aurora Canvas is not cheap, but good.  @Terrierman and I have used Deans in Mountain Home with great results, (have one built in 1987 that still is perfect)  about half the price of Aurora Canvas BUT they are currently covered up building seats for Vexas.  A former part of the Deans family makes custom covers most of the locals use http://www.bridgeportcanvas.com/ down side is each is custom built and they are in Mountain Home.  Last cover I dropped the boat off at 8, went fishing for the day with one of the locals from this forum, picked boat up at 5, came home fits perfect.

Only experience I have is Aurora Canvas. Mid-nineties Basscat cover that is heavy, but still in great shape, works well.

Dean's covers fit perfect as they are made one at a time to fit your boat with your seats, motor and equipment.  They travel perfect and mine is holding up very well.

I need it heavy. I’m shipping one of my G3’s to Naknek in Alaska this spring. It will sit outside stored in the winter so it has to be tough.

For those with these covers, what is the ballpark cost for say an 16 foot jonboat?

Dean's covers shed rain and snow pretty well.  I'm sure you could have them make one with higher and more supports to put even more pitch on the cover to shed snow better.  The material itself is very tough and weather resistant.
